1 If I stay at the hotel , will you pick me up at the train station ?
Yes, we will, at no additional charge. We only have to walk three blocks. There are no taxis in Machu Picchu Pueblo.
2 If I arrive a day early , will we help me with hotel reservations ?
Sure. Will try to put you up at our place , but if we are full, we help you find another fine place to stay..
3 Are room taxes included in the price?
Taxes are not included, if the national tourist. Add the VAT
4 If I am a foreigner, do I have to pay room tax ?
If you have been in the country less than 60 days, and can show your passport, you don’t have to pay room tax..
5 Are reservations I make on the internet 100% secure ?
Yes, but you must recomfirm 48 hours in advance..
6 If we make group reservations, are we eligible for a discount ?

7 Are rooms free for guides?
Yes, if you have a group of 15 people or more.
8 I am a vegetarian. Will I have a problem with breakfast.
No, we will serve you a vegetarian breakfast , and also recommend fine vegetarian restaurants around town.
9 Can I pay with my credit card ?
At the moment we accept only cash payment. But soon we hope to be able to receive your credit card..
10 If I want to buy my entrance ticket in to ruins and my bus ticket up the mountain, will you help me with this?
We help you to buy bus tickets and tickets to Machu Picchu. AT NO COST
11 If, after I check out of the hotel, if I want to spend more time at the ruins, can I leave my bags at the hotel?
Yes, you certainly can, and with no extra charge.
